How many sides does a circle have? Zooming in on a circle
The following increasingly better approximate a circle: triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, ... Following this pattern, how many sides does a circle have?
What is I told you there are no curves on a circle? At the infinitesimal (endlessly small) resolution, a curve is a series of straight lines meeting at an almost flat angle (180 degrees). In this article, I demonstrate this by increasing the number of sides on a regular plane polygon to arrive at every increasing approximations to the circle.
