WhatsApp Business Mass Messenger with Business Utility Functions

This product was developed upon request by Mwihaki Intimates . Mwihaki runs an online store for intimate wear items. She needed to perform scheduling of marketing messaging on WhatsApp Business and to sieve through the hundreds (daily) of responses she for inquiries, complaints, and similar priority responses. My solution solved precisely this.
She is able to upload a file of (or select from the existing database) the customers and phone numbers she would like to message.

A custom message is made from pre-existing templates, made to conform to WhatsApp Business' policies. Using placeholders like {name}
and {last_purchase}
, she could further personalize the messages.
The reception status of messages sent out can be monitored in real time

Importantly, inquiries, complaints, and other high priority replies can be filtered out

Crucially, a compliance center is included to let her check that her messaging campaigns comply with WhatsApp's guidelines.
Lastly, the settings page lets her change how many messages should sent per unit time. This controls costs and monitors compliance
